Security Marketing

James McNab leads Cisco’s security marketing across Europe, Middle-East, Africa, Russia and Asia Pacific. His role includes responsibility for raising market and customer awareness and understanding of how Cisco’s breadth of capability and credibility to address security as a fully integrated architecture enables businesses to go faster and capture the opportunity ahead.

James has 23 years of international sales and marketing experience in the technology sector. He joined Cisco through the acquisition of Sourcefire, where he was Vice President of international marketing. Prior to that, James was senior director of marketing and sales development at Citrix Systems, where he led marketing, product sales development and strategic alliances across the Europe, the Middle East and Africa region. He previously held international sales and marketing management roles at NetPower, Digital Equipment and Compaq Computer.

James is British, with an MBA from ESCP Europe. In addition to his native English, he speaks French and German and is based in Switzerland.
